**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated ECE level 2 or 3 Program Supervisor to join our Before and After School Care program. The Program Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the program.

**Responsibilities**
- **Staff Scheduling**: Develop and maintain staff schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage and adherence to operational needs.
- **Administrative Support**: Manage and update records, documentation, and other administrative work to ensure accuracy and compliance with licensing regulations
- **Program Goals & Objectives**: Develop and implement program goals and objectives that align with the organization’s mission.
- **Regulation Compliance**: Ensure that all program activities comply with Alberta licensing regulations and organizational policies.
**Skills**
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in budget management and staff supervision.
- Knowledge of regulations and policies related to program management
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
