**Program Supervisor** Permanent Full Time (40hrs per week) Milestones Program McMan Calgary (Internal/External) McMan Youth, Family and Community Services Association of Calgary & Area is a responsive and innovative organization making a difference in the lives of more than 4100 children, youth and families annually. We support children, youth and families with complex needs that can include mental health issues, addictions, homelessness, poverty and disability by providing them with the services and supports they need to thrive. Through these actions, we will be receptive, relevant, relational, and real with our community. - A completed degree or diploma in disability studies, social work, psychology or related human service discipline - Three or more years of people leadership experience and experience managing a dynamic team utilizing reflective supervision - Direct experience working with children and families from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds - Strong experience with Family Support for Children with Disabilities (FSCD) - Experience and knowledge working within the disability sector - Experience working with at risk families with complex needs (domestic violence, mental health, and Children and Family Services status) is an asset - Proven ability to hire, train, evaluate, motivate, mentor, coach and develop a successful staff team - Strong interpersonal skills, counseling skills, program planning and administrative abilities - Current standard First Aid Certification and Suicide Intervention Training - Must have a reliable vehicle and proof of adequate vehicle insurance - Must have **CURRENT** (within 6 months) **Child Intervention check and Police/ Vulnerable Sector check** McMan provides a solid blend of an extensive benefit plan, personal days, and the opportunity to contribute to the community at large.
