We are looking for motivated and dedicated individuals to join our expanding team We have openings for both **Insurance Agent Level 1** and **Insurance Agent Level 2** ( House and Commercial Insurance Agents ) positions. **Insurance Agent Level 1**

**Salary Range**: $18 - $22 per hour

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with insurance inquiries and policy updates.
- Provide guidance on coverage options and premium costs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Support the team in achieving company goals and targets.

**Requirements**:

- No prior experience required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the insurance industry.

**Insurance Agent Level 2**

( House and Commercial Insurance Agents )

**Salary Range**: $25 - $30 per hour

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle more complex client inquiries and policy management.
- Assist in training and mentoring Level 1 agents.
- Resolve escalated issues and provide exceptional service.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure clients' needs are met efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience as an insurance agent.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex issues.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
