**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.

- Engage in outside sales activities, including networking, prospecting, and telemarketing to generate new business opportunities.
- Provide expert advice on various insurance policies, including auto, travel and home insurance.
- Assist clients with policy renewals and claims processes to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with team members on marketing strategies to promote insurance products effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration practices.
**Skills**
- Level 1 or level 2 BC Insurance license.
- Minimum six months of experience in ICBC AutoPlan, including Policy Center operations, travel insurance and personal lines.
- Familiarity of ICBC batching is must.
- Experience with handling cash.
- Proficient in written and verbal English communication skills.
- Mandarin speaking is **preferred**:
- Good command of speaking additional languages will be given preference.
- This position relies on proficient computer skills, including Window
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively close sales while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Analytical skills to assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Experience in telemarketing or direct sales is advantageous.
