**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert guidance to clients on home insurance products and coverage options, ensuring they have the right protection for their properties.
- Review and assess clients' current home insurance policies to recommend upgrades or changes to ensure optimal coverage.
- Prepare and deliver competitive home insurance quotes, explaining policy details and terms clearly to clients.
- Conduct risk assessments for clients, offering advice on how to minimize potential risks to their property.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues related to home insurance policies and claims.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and personalized advice.
- Stay current on industry trends, changes to insurance policies, and regulatory updates to ensure compliance and provide the best advice to clients.
- Collaborate with team members and underwriters to ensure that policies meet client needs and business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Home Insurance Agent or in a similar role within the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of home insurance products, including property, liability, and contents coverage.
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to explain complex insurance information clearly and effectively to clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging client situations with professionalism.
- Proficiency in using insurance software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
