Autoplan Insurance Agent:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist clients with their ICBC Autoplan insurance needs, including providing quotes, making policy changes, and issuing policies.
- Process and manage Autoplan transactions, including vehicle registrations, renewals, and cancellations, in compliance with ICBC rules and regulations.
- Provide clients with advice and guidance on insurance coverage options and ensure they are adequately protected.
- Assist clients in navigating ICBC claims and help them with the claims process when needed.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Stay up-to-date on changes to ICBC policies and regulations, ensuring compliance with all industry requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to meet business goals and improve client satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with ICBC Autoplan in an insurance brokerage or similar environment.
- Knowledge of ICBC Autoplan policies, procedures, and rules.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using insurance software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
