**Your Role as a Production Technician**:
As a **Production Technician**, you will assist in restoring properties after water, fire, mold, and other damage. This is a **physical, labor-intensive** role that requires hard work, attention to detail, and teamwork.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist with **water and flood damage mitigation** (extraction, drying, dehumidification)
Help with **fire and smoke damage cleanup** (soot removal, deodorization, structural cleaning)
Support **mold remediation and biohazard cleanup** (containment, demolition, cleaning)
Perform **content cleaning and restoration** (pack-outs, item cleaning, storage)
Use hand and power tools for demolition and restoration work
Set up and maintain restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.)
Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe
Follow instructions from Crew Chiefs and Supervisors
Maintain a professional attitude while working in homes and businesses

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required)**
**No prior experience required, but restoration or general labor experience is a plus**
**IICRC certifications are an asset but not required** (training available)
**Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs**
Comfortable working in **dirty, wet, or hazardous environments** (PPE provided)
Able to work **Monday-Friday, on-call shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed**
Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
