The On-Site working foreman is responsible for the overseeing the progress of timelines and ensure expectations of the customers are met. This person will supervise on-site crews to ensure quality, safety, production and customer first approach is carried out throughout the life of the project. They will manage the flow of reporting and asbuilting from the field to the management staff. They will play a key role in driving the projects and team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

- FTTH knowledge and installation understanding
- Aerial construction, over lash and fibre installation knowledge
- Underground construction knowledge for plow, drill, fibre jetting and splicing
- Must be able to read permits, designs and splicing documentation
- Must be able to direct crews and sub-contractors
- Must be able to communicate with management, customers, sub-contractors and permit grantors
- Must be able to report on progress and fill out project tracking files
- Must be able to read, edit and communicate as-built plans
- Must be able to review and validate invoicing / billing
- Provide leadership and direction to working teams
- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly plans are in place and executed.
- Prepare and coordinate work schedules to project staff.
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly tracking of project timelines and budgets.
- Manage construction costs and budgets within project
- Create progress reports and present to management/customer
- Provide a level of risk management to help identifying opportunities and risks to schedule and financial targets
- Facilitate project meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrates leadership in health, safety on the project

Must Have:

- 2-3 Years experience with Project Management or supervisor role in Telecommunications industry.
- G license
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Ability to work remote
- Ability to Travel for Work

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
