**Position Title**: Facilities Team Member

**Employment Type**: Hourly, Year-Round, Full-Time

**Location**: Huntsville, Ontario, Canada

**Hours of Work**

  • 40-44 hours per week
  • Physically demanding role
  • Evening, weekend work, and on-call time required

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform general maintenance, repair, and upkeep of buildings, facilities, and grounds.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests, including after-hours emergencies.
  • Perform seasonal maintenance duties as required (e.g., snow removal, landscaping, etc).
  • Operate tools, equipment, and vehicles in a safe manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
  • Ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
  • Uphold and model the values and mission of Muskoka Bible Centre.

**Qualifications**

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in related field or setting.
  • Must have experience or training in a specific trade skill, such as HVAC, Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, Water & Sewer Operator, IT Systems Hardware.
  • Certification in a relevant trade is an asset but not required for certain skill sets.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to serving others.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • A servant attitude and team-oriented approach.
  • Agreement to and alignment with the Muskoka Bible Centre Code of Conduct.
