Niverville, Canada One-Step Automation Inc. Full time

**Region**: Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Upper Mid-west USA

This salesperson will be responsible for all sales activities and promotion of the One-Step Automation brand. It will involve direct contact with existing customers and recruiting new clientele. It will require the ability to travel to visit potential customers and establish/maintain relationships with industry suppliers that One-Step Automation collaborates with for various projects. This person will report to and work closely with our Assistant Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate directly and pro-actively with customers
- Cold call, prospect and qualify potential leads
- Track all sales activity in the Customer Relationship Management software (CRM)
- Visit customer sites as needed or directed by management
- Present and follow-up quotes to customers
- Attend trade shows where One-Step Automation exhibits
- Submit activity reports to management on a bi-weekly basis
- Submit expense claims on a bi-weekly basis

**Qualifications**:

- Prior sales experience, particularly in the agricultural industry
- Basic knowledge of electrical controls
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English with good reporting skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Energetic and self-motivated

**Work Environment**:

- In our offices one day a week
- Home/remote office
- Travel to various locations for site visits, etc.

**Remuneration**:

- **Additional commission incentives**
- Travel expenses reimbursed

Travel would be approximately 30 to 50% of the time, covering the Canadian Prairies and Upper Mid-West USA. Travel arrangements would primarily be the responsibility of the salesperson while actively planning to make the most beneficial use of each trip.
