In this entry level role, our _Sales _Assistant_ will build key customer relationships, recognize upselling opportunities, generate referral transactions, close sales, and drive profit margins on behalf of our clients.
- Sales_ _Assistant_ _will: _
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and act as a central point of contact to respond to prospects’ questions and inquiries
- Provide excellent consultative sales support and solutions to potential and existing customers
- Identify new business opportunities, make initial contact, and build rapport
- Develop new business and maintain current relationships to increase customer retainment and create a referral pipeline
- Train, mentor, and supervise assigned associates
- Work closely with senior management to develop proper sales techniques, problem-solving skills, and conflict management techniques

- Previous experience in sales or a strong interest in jumpstarting your sales career
- Educational background in sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, or communications is preferred

- Valid drivers license and a personal vehicle is preferred

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
