What you will do...
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Ensure that information systems practices conform to legal, regulatory and privacy obligations.
- Measure and report on project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

What you will bring...
- College diploma in a related field or equivalent training/experience.
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- 3+ years’ experience managing projects in the financial services industry - P&C insurance would be considered an asset.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office and Project.
- PMP and/or PMI designation would be considered an asset.
