**THE ROLE**:

- Liaise various requests with department, capture requirements, manage the projects, provide visibility into tasks and report status along with having the ability to dig deep into the requirements for some of the projects
- Coordinate tasks with the project team and provide continuous feedback to the business
- Follow up with project team to update outstanding tasks and manage backlog
- Extremely fluent in Jira/Confluence and/or other ticketing/documenting tools
- Own issue Escalation and Resolution process for your projects
- Provide regular update on status of tasks and tickets
- Own change management of implemented and new projects
- Provide support and communication to various business units
- Help standardize processes to increase efficiency
- Ensure delivery of project on cost and schedule
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to be shared and to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
- Use and continually develop communication and project management skills
- Perform other related duties as assigned

**YOU**:

- Minimum of 4+ years’ experience as a Project Manager
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Problem solving attitude and willingness to take on tough challenges and projects
- Ability to work with teams across multiple time zones
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor's degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
