**Qualifications,**
- 1-3 years of administrative experience ideally in a warehouse environment
- Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Accountable and responsible to proactively and effectively resolve issues in a timely manner
- Able to work with a sense of urgency, keeping a cool head under high pressure situations

**Responsibilities,**
- Entering shipping information into the computer, generating shipping labels, managing orders and tracking POs and Bills of Lading
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, sales staff, couriers, vendors, etc.
