**Location**: Altadore Dental
**Position Type**: Part-Time
**Hours**:

- 2 Wednesdays per month (10-6)
- Thursdays (11-7)
- 2 Saturdays per month (9-4)
- This position will grow as the clinic grows. It will eventually be a full time position (32+ hours) within a year.

**Position Overview**:
As a Front-End Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring smooth check-ins, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative tasks with a smile. We also do pre determinations of all the patients that come in. We are seeking someone who is not only organized but also friendly, professional, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Familiarity with Dentrix software is a plus, but we welcome new graduates who are eager to learn
- **Customer Service Skills**: A genuine passion for helping people and making them feel comfortable.
- **Team Player**: Someone who enjoys working in a close-knit team and values collaboration.
- **Organization**: Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities are key.
