Are you looking to start a career with one of the best in the industry? National Tube Supply, a leading metals service centers specializing in carbon and alloy tubular products is seeking **Territory Manager** for our **Ontario Region**.
Work in conjunction with all functional areas of National Tube Supply, including Inside Sales, Purchasing and Operations, to service existing customers, create new customer relationships and drive organic sales growth in the Southern Region:
- Serve as Key Account Manager (KAM) for large existing Distributor, OEM and end use customers in the region (25%)
- Grow territory revenue, sales by ton and profit margin by uncovering new opportunities at existing customers (25%)
- Prospect, generate qualified leads and close new business and new customer opportunities by selling the value of National Tube Supply Co’s product offering and services (50%)
- General knowledge of steel and mechanical tubing
- Travel within region and back to NTS Corporate office up to 50% of the time
- Work from home on New Business Development activity to drive organic sales growth
- Experience navigating CRM and ERP tool
- Competitive, empathetic, disciplined and a great listener
- Able to identify opportunities for improvement and offer solutions
- Think strategically and possess some financial acumen
- Ability to probe and find openings to develop mutual benefit between NTS and customer
- Resiliency to develop relationships and work through the initial “no”
- Represent National Tube Supply at select Trade Show and regional trade organization functions
- Analyze sales records and available data to identify new business opportunities, prepare sales forecasts and support the development of annual sales budgets
- Ability to successfully identify and develop multiple level, cross functional relationships at each customer
