**Company Overview**:

**The Role**:
The LifeLearn Resource Manager (“RM”) will work with the Industry Solutions leadership to **resource** **and administer the workflow post closed won. The key focus of the role will manage the labor forecast as it relates to revenue.**
- The RM will work with the Project Controller on the EAC (Estimate at Completion) revenue forecast monthly.
- **The RM will work with the IS Directors on the weekly forecast of hours based on project projects and work allocation.**
- **The RM will also work with the AEs, **_IS Dir.’s. to create a project timeline with key deliverables and project milestones for the project. _
- _**After project plan is confirmed, the RM will allocate employee resources for high volume and fast-moving projects. The RM will work with the IS Directors to allocate hours based on budgeted hours**_. _
- The RM will also meet with the Dir. Of Ops to review sales pipeline to ensure resourcing plan will be able to accommodate ever changing workflow.
- The RM will be a part of all Internal Kick off meetings to present the Project Plan and hand off to the project internal stakeholders and project management team.
- The RM will also manage monthly milestone management meetings with the AEs, IS Directors to ensure project deliverables are on time and on budget.
- The RM will also work with the IS Directors. on pass thru fund management, invoicing and spend forecast monthly.
- The RM will work with the IS Directors. on bi-weekly project forecasts based on hours budgeted within the scope.
- They will also work with the team if there is a scope creep in budgeted hours and to activate scope addendum with the AEs. This forecast will be managed within Monday and will roll in to the EAC for the financial revenue forecast.

The Resource Manager will:
1. Collaborate with the Account Executives to handoff projects from sales to execution to final deliverables.

2. Work with the financial Project Controller to manage resource forecasting and work allocation of resources within approved budgets

3. Monthly status reports to all stakeholders to highlight project financial health, identify projects ready to close, and any projects that are in pause-mode due to client delays.

4. Understand the limitations of the team's resource capacity and pro-actively provide strategic solutions to enhance project outcomes.

**YOUR IMPACT**:

- Manage resource planning and oversee workflow for projects, including the tracking of resources, project budgets, and timely delivery of project benchmarks.
- The RM is a proactive person who is quick to respond and can work towards a deadline. At LifeLearn, we work with clients. We advocate for our teams. We improve processes to drive exceptional service delivery.
- Actively engaged in management of project status updates for clients, taking responsibility for timelines and tracking expectations regarding project deliverables
- Timely delivery of projects on time and within an established budget while maintaining quality of work and alerting the Directors of any concerns.
- Managing SOW budgets and finding cost-effective production methods.
- Improved visibility of status and costs across all milestones within projects.
- Improved utilization of resources, working collaboratively with sales, operations, and finance teams to manage budget forecasting and resource allocation.

**YOUR KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES**:

- A PMP Professional experienced in resource allocation methodologies and tactical resource assignment. Must have experience in managing resource allocations for 40 or more employees.
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Understanding of the fundamentals of marketing, client management, agency model of service delivery, project-based milestone businesses models, adult learning content development.
- Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects simultaneously while driving collaborative communications with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project profitability and adjust resources or terms of business accordingly.

**SKILLS**:
The individual that will excel at LifeLearn will have strong organizational, resource management and managerial skills. They will have a proven track record of supporting and motivating teams. They will also have exceptional communication skills that lean into collaboration, positivity, and persuasion. All members on the team are highly supportive and willing to pitch in to get the job done.

Expert level skills with Microsoft products such as Excel, Outlook, Word and PPT and Microsoft Teams.

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**:
