**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a Resource Manager to join our team of accounting professionals at our Guelph location This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized and is motivated to make an impact in their workplace.

**About You**
- 3-5 years experience in a resource management role
- Strong project management skills, demonstrated strategic thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to connect financial impact analysis to strategic decision making
- Robust understanding of resource management and staffing tools
- Well-versed in the use of Staffing and Resource Management solutions
- Ability to present information to Senior Leadership using dashboards and resource management reports
- Proven ability to work with Senior Leadership and use resource management tools to effectively allocate resources
- Ability to analyze business needs and make appropriate recommendations and actions
- Immaculate attention to detail and high data accuracy

**About the Gig**

As RLB’s Resource Manager you will report directly to our People Investment Officer and work with team members at all levels to perform resource management analysis, and to proactively optimize, allocate and manage professional resources to meet project needs.

You will:

- Work closely with Managers and Pod Leaders to ensure that capacity, availability and project status are up to date
- Manage the skillset database for all professional and continuously monitor the incoming project pipeline to strategically allocate resources and provide insights on future supply and demand
- Actively analyze the current staffing position in order to provide valuable insights into trends, forecasts, improvement prospects, and areas of concern
- Collaborate with team leaders to identify resources available to meet project needs and optimize the capacity of all team members
- Proactively monitor projects and schedules to identify inconsistencies, gaps and conflicts and determine a plan of action to resolve any issues
- Perform various analysis and make recommendations as needed
- Be adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines, and have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet changing or tight deadlines

**About the Details**

This is a full-time position requiring some paid overtime on evenings and weekends during our busiest season (Feb - April). This position will report directly to our People Investment Officer and will work closely with Pod Leaders and staff and senior accountants, and managers.
