At Kal Tire, we're excited to welcome an Assistant Store Manager to our team in Stoney Creek, ON. Reporting to the Zone Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of this

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll be an essential part of our tightly-knit team, showcasing your versatility and leadership skills. From being a sales and service expert to a mentor and coach, you'll wear many hats to ensure the store's success including communication between our dispatch and road service team members.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Embrace a high-energy, fast-paced team in a commercial/OTR environment.
- Directly support communications between our road service and dispatch team and customers.
- Prioritize exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and inclusive.
- Leverage your proven communication and team building abilities, ideally from a B2B commercial OTR or heavy-duty background, to drive team stability and growth.
- Utilize your understanding of budget and inventory management to make informed decisions.
- Foster a culture of learning by training and developing team members to excel in customer service and achieve sales goals.
- Demonstrate confidence, sound judgment, and effective delegation, even in high-pressure situations.
- Champion safety protocols, promoting a workspace that's safe and welcoming for all.

**Job Requirements**
- Bring at least 2 years of experience in managerial or supervisory roles (preferred).
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Embrace an active role, including lifting tires weighing 30-50 lbs as needed.
- Prior mechanical experience is preferred but not required.
