**Role Overview**:

- assist overseeing restaurant operations, manage a team of 10-30 employees while ensuring the fulfillment of the Customer Promise.
- Spearheaded efforts to enhance sales, profitability, and sustained employee retention.
- Provide effective coaching and feedback to motivate and direct team members for exceptional customer service.
- Manage costs and corrective actions.
- Develop staff through ongoing training, coaching and feedback.
- Lead recruitment, training, and retention of effective team talent.
- Ensure policies/procedures and sanitary practices are maintained.
- Foster a respectful environment for guests and employees.

**Requirements**:

- Proven restaurant or hospitality management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for excellent service.
- Flexibility for a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.

**Location Requirement**:

- Must reliably commute or plan to relocate to Burlington, Ancaster or Hamilton, ON

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
