**Receptionist (Full Time) - Edmonton, AB**

**Major responsibilities (Duties may include but not limited to)**:

- Switchboard/reception duties; provide support and training on phones
- Pick up, sort and distribute incoming mail
- Ordering & management of office supplies
- Process branch end-of-day paperwork; including selection of tickets, review of PAID processing report, prepare bank deposit and ensure reports are entered and filed daily.
- Provide administration support to Insides Sales team; forms, mail-outs, signage, flyers, etc.
- Responsible for the administration of depot invoicing
- Acquires and maintain a good knowledge of Linde policies and procedures
- Initiate dispute resolutions, including preparation of backup documentation as required
- Other projects and tasks as assigned by Management

**Education**:Professional experience:

- A minimum 2 years of diversified office administration experience including data entry and information processing within an office administration setting
