**Receptionist**

Goldy's Massage is a new massage clinic in the west side of Edmonton (18178 102 Avenue NW) that provides quality massage therapy services to our patients.

We are looking for a full time receptionist who is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working with a team of professionals. We are looking for someone who will perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. Duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient files, processing payments, and providing general support to our patients. This position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

The hours are 1pm till 9pm, Wednesday until Sunday, with Monday and Tuesday off.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing outstanding customer service; welcome guests with a positive attitude and offering them refreshments
- Ensuring the rooms are clean and orderly - May need to restock rooms with necessary products and supplies
- Answering phones in a professional and friendly manner
- Booking appointments
- Processing payments

**Skills**:

- Have computer knowledge
- Time management
- Organization and having attention to detail
- Ability to remain composed during busy times
- Enjoy working with people; can work in a team

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB T5S 1S7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience (preferred)
- Front desk (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
