**Summary**:
We are looking for a skilled waiter or waitress to take orders and deliver food and beverages to our guests while maintaining and enhancing the quality of our customer service.

**Required Skills & Abilities**:

- Restaurant experience is an asset but not required
- Excellent people skills and customer service skills
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Active listening and effective communication skills
- Must be Serving it Right and Food Safe Level 1 certified or be willing to become certified
- Must be bondable and have a clear police clearance. Background check is required upon hire

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare restaurant tables with silverware, glassware and special attention to sanitation
- Greet guests when they walk through the door
- Present restaurant menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. Potential allergies, portion size, ingredients etc.)
- Offer menu recommendations upon request
- Inform guests about the daily features
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
- Serve food and drink orders
- Carry dirty plates, silverware and glasses to get cleaned
- Issue bills and accept payment
- Work in a team environment with other restaurant servers, kitchen and bar staff
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
