**The Opportunity**:
The server role will be serving the **Athens Creek Retirement Lodge in Penticton, British Columbia. **This role is responsible for ensuring top resident care is priority, with an elevated level of focus in time management.

- Demonstrates strength in building partnerships with Residents, family members, employee care partners, volunteers, external care partners and the community at large to ensure the vibrancy of our community

- Identify any health, safety or maintenance issues, and reports/documents as required
- Participates and facilitates ongoing educational programs

**Foundational knowledge and experience to grow from**:

- Grade 12 Diploma or recognized equivalent (required)
- Read, write, and speak fluently in English (required)
- Food Safe Certificate (an asset)
- Experience in hospitality, and/or food service, and/or recreation (an asset)
