**Employer Details**: The Soup Meister's Nephew specializes in the production of healthy, handmade Soups made from scratch daily. We operate inside of the community icon that is The Lonsdale Quay Market. For 30 years, we have been delighting our community with healthy, handmade meals with a rotating menu of over 80 soups.

As we scale up for a busy Soup Season, we are looking for experienced kitchen professionals who are excited to express their culinary expertise in a high-volume environment.

**Position Details**: We have available 2 (TWO) openings

**Position 1 - Prep Cook -** responsible for the execution of high-volume vegetable prep. This position requires excellent knife skills, high attention to detail, proficient use of a computer (GoogleSheets), accuracy and consistency in size, shape and weight of ingredients, proper resource management and a high degree of working unsupervised.

**Position 2 - Soup Cook -**responsible for the execution of cooking large-batch soups. By following established written recipes, cook according to guidelines ensuring consistency of product taste and quality. Reheat and restock hot soups for dine-in service. Prepare and chop proteins, broths, stocks and sauces for use and for sale and prepare/setup spices, and prepare/pre-cook ingredients for the next days' recipes.

** **BOTH ROLES** require previous kitchen **AND** customer service experience **
