**Responsibilities**:

- Document Control of Tenders
- Administrative support for estimators
- Assist in Tender process for Materials/Services
- Prepare information required to populate schedules/attachments for Tenders
- Populate and update Estimating Logs
- Distribute and follow for Input of Tender Information from other STRAIT departments
- Support Project Managers

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Multitasking and ability to prioritize tasks
- Basic understanding of the oil and gas industry would be considered an asset
