Zehr Levesque is currently looking for an Estimator to join our growing team. The Estimator will be involved in a wide variety of projects within Zehr Levesque and will have the opportunity to work with all of our Project Managers and Coordinators on a regular basis.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A motivated, self-starter with a drive to learn new skills.
- An enthusiastic, team-player with a basic understanding of the construction industry
- An organized individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A recent graduate of a construction-related diploma or degree program with no more than 5 years
experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Assist the Estimating and Pre-Construction team on various construction projects.
- Assist with tendering including drawing reviews and take-offs, issuing tender invitations, reviewing bid documentation and preparing tender levelling sheets, and tracking tender status.
- Regularly communicate with sub-trades for active bidding and budgets.
- Manage tender-related requests for information (RFI’s).
- Assist with the preparation of project budgets and estimates.
- Assist with bid submissions including assessing cost and schedule impacts, and negotiating with subcontractors.
- Assist with Pre-Construction administration including drawing review, subcontract submissions, and meeting minutes.
- Engage in Owner, Consultant, and Subcontractor meetings as required.
- Other duties, as required.
