LaPrairie Crane, a member of LaPrairie Group of Companies, is one of Canada’s largest independent mobile-crane companies with fleet capabilities ranging from 5 - 600 tons, including all terrain, boom truck, carry deck, crawler, hydraulic truck, rough terrain, and tower cranes.

LaPrairie Crane is looking to immediately fill the position of **Facility Administrator.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assist in dispatching jobs under the direction of the Regional Manager.
- Create quotes for crane services in the Wood Buffalo region and support other branch locations within Alberta and Saskatchewan.
- Provide pricing & quote accuracy information to customers and request purchase orders.
- Create job numbers for Crane Operators/Managers.
- Send priced field orders to customers for signature verification.
- Submit priced field orders to the accounting department for invoicing.
- Attend conference meetings for review of bi-weekly billing.
- Maintain customer relations.
- Create and maintain excel spreadsheets for cost estimates.
- Produce monthly crane rentals/bare rentals/crane mat rentals reports.
- Provide administrative support to the Fort McMurray division, this includes general reception such as answering and directing calls, shipping (both incoming and outgoing), etc.

**Required Skills**:

- Office Administration Diploma, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Previous experience working with in-house, business system programs, accounting, or Maximo is preferred.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills/ reception duties/ answering phones
- Experience in quotes/ dispatch and billing.
- Experience in reception duties.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time-management capabilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs of busy office environment.
- An enthusiastic, positive outlook and willingness to learn.
- Training, certificates, or previous experience in health and safety is considered an asset.
