**Your Role at Fountain Tire**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage group benefits programs (health, dental, life insurance, employee assistance programs, retirement savings, etc.), ensuring clear communication and guidance for associates.
- Serve as the primary contact for benefit inquiries, troubleshooting issues with patience and professionalism while maintaining a supportive approach.
- Communicate program details effectively through various channels, including webinars and online training, using strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Validate and process invoices, track leave of absence participants, and administer program changes with keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Support contract negotiations, implement rate changes, and ensure accurate system updates while maintaining a problem-solving mindset.
- Manage occupational and non-occupational disability claims, providing guidance to associates and managers on short
- Collaborate with Payroll and Safety teams to ensure seamless program administration through teamwork and adaptability.
- Continuously identify process improvements to enhance benefits and disability management effectiveness, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.
**What You Bring to the Team**:
- A degree or diploma in Human Resources Management with 3+ years of experience in disability or benefits management across multiple provinces (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Strong knowledge of disability claims management, benefit cost accounting, employment standards, and HRIS systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
- A methodical, analytical mindset with the ability to work independently, make informed recommendations, and offer empathetic support to associates.
- A structured, supportive, and cooperative approach to working within established guidelines and procedures while being approachable and engaging.
- Serious, diligent, and highly disciplined in their work approach.
- Precise and detail-oriented, ensuring error-free execution of responsibilities.
- Reserved yet supportive, able to work independently while fostering collaboration and teamwork.
- Committed to following established procedures and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance and efficiency while maintaining an understanding and compassionate approach.
