The Northern Alberta YMCA is looking for a Business & System Administration Supervisor to provide effective supervision and leadership to the administration team as it relates to organizational, administrative and enterprise systems management and support. Ensuring a consistent and efficient account registration is a key pillar of our service commitment to members. You will have the opportunity to lead a team of Business Analyst Professionals who maintain, configure, and ensure the reliable operations of YMCA enterprise information systems (Salesforce) and databases. Your knowledge and skillsets will ensure that community members have the access to the life enhancing programs and services that they have come to expect from the Y.

**Position Responsibilities**
- Provides leadership to the department staff and guidance on the projects and tasks assigned to team members.
- Ensures new employees receive role-specific onboarding and training.
- Conducts regular team and one-on-one meetings to ensure that goals and objectives are clearly communicated and the needs of the department are met.
- Responsible for recommending and contributing to the identification, development, testing and implementation of solutions for new use cases, workflows, process changes, information or data needs, and technology upgrades to better deliver exceptional internal and external customer service as the YMCA advances an integrated online environment.
- Collaborate with Association leaders to develop Standard Operating Procedures [SOPs] for key administrative workflows focusing on customer-centred design principles which leverage technology, process, and people.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials and knowledge base articles for enterprise system solutions, configurations, and operational procedures
- Support with the development and delivery of end-user training in Salesforce & Avocado
- Ensures the delivery of high-quality centralized registration and account management for all YMCA value streams including Child Care, Health, Fitness & Aquatics, Community & Housing Initiatives and Fund Development
- Identify and support workflow and process improvements for centralized registration and account management processes
- Coordinate and assist in the resolution of administrative and Help Desk support requests with excellent customer service standards
- Maintain and support the development of appropriate reports to support YMCA systems, initiatives, and operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks, functions and duties as required
**What You’ll Need for This Job**
- Demonstrated experience in identifying, developing, and managing process and/or service enhancements as well as working knowledge and familiarity with principles of performance and financial reporting, management and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating, developing and presenting comprehensive service delivery models as well as the ability to tactically adopt and incorporate new service expectations into a business administration and customer service environment.
- Strong ability to work with data: understanding of data structures and data modeling, data analysis and mining business insights to support performance improvement.
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing the development of training programs to teach and/or train staff on new business processes.
- Excellent people skills and demonstrated experience in supervisory, coaching, leadership and team building skills.
- Effective technical writing & verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
- Minimum 2+ year(s) of administration and supervisory experience or combination of both education and experience
- Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Administration, Information Systems or related field is an asset
- Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
