Bayshore Integrated Care Solutions, NRIO is seeking a Group Program Facilitator for its Day Program During the Day Program, you’ll be working with clients who have acquired brain injuries and/or other neurological conditions, providing a fun/interactive environment while supporting their emotional and cognitive goals; building life skills, participating in arts & crafts/recreation, practicing coping skills and leadership abilities, increasing insight into their brain injury, sharing strategies with others, and socializing with peers.

The Day Program is based out of our residential rehabilitation site in Etobicoke, ON and is held 3 days a week (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday) from 12:00PM - 3:00PM. Saturday sessions are typically used for community outings. As the Group Program Facilitator, you will need to be on site during these hours; however, there are 4.5 hours of additional indirect time per week for planning, documentation, and communication with the team - which can be done remotely.

Job Qualification
- Degree/diploma in health care or related
- Brain injury experience preferred
- Recreational Therapist experience preferred
- Proven group facilitation experience and/or camp counselor experience
- Excellent planning skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively complete clinical documents and reports on each client
- Understanding of Outcome Measures to support reports
- Strong organization and time management
- Creativity, flexibility, positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license (G)
