**Job Title**: Auto Body Production Coordinator

**Overview**:
The Auto Body Production Coordinator is responsible for overseeing shop production flow, with a focus on sublet work, detailing operations, technician job assignments, and quality control. This role ensures vehicles move efficiently through the repair process to meet or exceed target delivery dates.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Sublet Management**:

- Forecast and coordinate all sublet work with vendors.
- Monitor Work in Progress (WIP) and schedule sublet jobs at the right time to avoid delays.

**Detail Department Oversight**:

- Schedule and coordinate pre-washes for incoming repair vehicles and final cleans for deliveries.
- Oversee detailers’ schedules and workload to maintain efficiency.

**Technician Work Assignment**:

- Understand technicians’ skill sets and assign jobs accordingly.
- Balance workloads with a mix of small, medium, and heavy repairs to keep productivity high.

**Quality Control**:

- Work with technicians to uphold quality standards throughout the repair process.
- Manage expectations with technicians and perform final quality checks on all vehicles before delivery.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Enter and update labor assignments in the management system.
- Track and report on production status and completion timelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
- Experience in auto body shop operations preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, technicians, and management.
- Knowledge of repair processes, sublet coordination, and quality control standards.

Pay: $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 50 per week
