As a delivery specialist you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers have a seamless, memorable, and extravagant handover experience when receiving their new or pre-owned vehicle. Your focus will be on educating customers about their vehicle features, reviewing and signing all relevant documentation, and delivering exceptional service to make their moment memorable.

**Responsibilities**
- Customer Greeting and Orientation: Warmly welcome customers upon arrival for their vehicle delivery and verify they have brought all pertinent documents.
- Vehicle Orientation: Conduct a detailed walkthrough of the vehicles operating features and assist in connect their phone to blue tooth and also connecting their app.
- Documentation Review: Carefully review all contracts, warranties, and ensure they are correct and receive the designated signatures
- Personalized Experience Enhancements: Go above and beyond to create an extravagant delivery experience based on the customers' lifestyle
- Quality Assurance: Inspect vehicles prior to delivery to confirm it meets the standards for cleanliness and being defect free.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, and service to coordinate seamless deliveries, resolve any last minute issues, and enhance workflow.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a luxury environment, preferably in retail or automobile sales environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proactive attitude and insight that allows you to understand how you can provide each customer a better experience relevant to their lifestyle needs

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
