This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager in Etobicoke for both Rollerpony & Pursuit OCR (two brands in one location). This position will include overseeing operations, auditing/implementing best policies and procedures, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role will also be responsible for supporting the existing management team and improving efficiencies. You'll be working closely with the owner to ensure the success of the entire community under our roof, from mentoring and supporting our internal team to being a reliable friendly face for our guest. Our goal is to unify the teams for both brands and create a standard of service and communication that results in a stronger team and happy customers.

**Qualifications**
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in the hospitality, recreation or entertainment industry is a plus
- must be available evenings and weekends

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Supporting existing managers and creating new best practices to enhance communication and efficiencies
- Managing and supervising team members, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
- Ensuring excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Implementing and enforcing health and safety regulations
- Conducting regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations, and updates

**Salary**: $1,200.00 per week
