Victoria (BC), CanadaPayroll Specialist**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of full bi-weekly payroll cycle 550+ employees both hourly and salary in multiple provinces
- Supervise the Payroll Administrator
- Review and maintaining internal payroll process for accuracy, timeliness and compliance with internal controls, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements
- Main point of contact and liaison for 3rd party processor, ADP
- Reconciliation and analysis including benefits, year end and T4
- Period and ad-hoc reporting and analysis
- Special projects as assigned

**Job Qualifications**

**Education/Experience**:

- Designation with Canadian Payroll Association
- 5+ years of payroll experience working at the specialist/senior level
- Experience using major Payroll ERP system, ADP Workforce Now an asset

- Highly skilled professional with exceptional payroll knowledge
- Motivated self-starter with a strong attention to detail and superior organization skills
- Ability to manage highly sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
- Proven ability in time management and working under pressure within strict timelines
