Key Responsibilities:

- Handling all Dealer Direct/ On star Appointment requests
- Conducting Follow up calls
- Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently
- Taking inbound and outbound phone calls

Qualifications:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (experience with automotive service software is a plus)
