Service BDC Agent

Are you passionate about customer service and the automotive industry? Hillside Chevrolet is looking for a BDC representative to join the team If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with customers, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling all Dealer Direct/ On star Appointment requests
- Conducting Follow up calls
- Schedule and manage service appointments efficiently
- Taking inbound and outbound phone calls

Qualifications:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (experience with automotive service software is a plus)

**Job Type**: Full Time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/ hr Depending on experience

Expected hours: 40 hours per week
