You’ll love it here We are **hiring immediately** for a **technical service representative**, which we call **service agent**. In this role, you will take care of our customers’ service and repair needs.

No experience required Your everyday tech use has already given you a great foundation, and we’ll provide the rest of the training you need to assist our customers.

**What you’ll do**:

- Create an amazing customer experience at the service desk
- Provide delivery and installation services for our customers in their homes
- Ensure vehicles and equipment are well maintained
- Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture

**What we’re looking for**:

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean drivers abstract
- Successful completion of criminal background check
- Enthusiasm to support and assist our customers
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
