**Position**: Customer Service Representative

**Location**: Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (No evenings or weekends)

**Start Date**: ASAP

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Greeting customers with a smile and creating a welcoming experience
- Answering phone calls, booking appointments, and managing the daily schedule
- Providing information about our services and helping customers understand the rustproofing process
- Handling transactions, invoicing, and basic administrative tasks
- Ensuring customer satisfaction before, during, and after service
- Supporting the team to ensure smooth operations in the shop and office

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Friendly and professional demeanor with strong communication skills
- Previous customer service experience (automotive industry experience is a bonus, but not required)
- Comfortable using computers and phone systems
- Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Team player with a can-do attitude

**What We Offer**:

- **$18-$20 per hour**, based on previous experience
