About Us

Taj Promotions is a high-end creative agency specializing in luxury events, fashion productions, model development, and cinematic experiences. We produce runway shows, luxury dinner series, fashion content, and branded events across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.

We are expanding into monthly luxury dinner series, runway events, model showcases, and VIP brand partnerships — and we are looking for a driven, polished, and highly organized Event Sales & Sponsorship Manager to lead our revenue growth.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hospitality, luxury events, fashion, or entertainment — and loves the chase, the close, and relationship building.



Position Overview

The Event Sales & Sponsorship Manager is responsible for selling:

- Event sponsorship packages
- Vendor partnerships
- Restaurant participation
- VIP tables & corporate blocks
- General event tickets

This role is the revenue engine of our event division.

You will build relationships, pitch business owners, attend meetings, follow up on leads, secure commitments, and represent Taj Promotions at a professional, polished standard.

You will work directly with the CEO and Project Manager.



Key Responsibilities

Sponsorship & Partnerships
- Sell 3-6 sponsor slots per event (restaurants, brands, HMUA, designers)
- Build relationships with Vancouver businesses and luxury partners
- Prepare and present sponsorship packages
- Close deals and secure written confirmations
- Manage sponsor deliverables and communication

Ticket & Event Sales
- Sell VIP tables, corporate tickets, and general admission tickets
- Run follow-ups, pipeline management, and CRM updates
- Handle inquiries from guests and business partners
- Assist in building guest lists, seating charts, and VIP check-ins

Event Coordination (Sales-Side)
- Attend events and manage sponsor visibility and commitments
- Coordinate with designers, HMUA, restaurants, and brands
- Support the team during setup and VIP hosting
- Represent Taj Promotions during press, networking, and event nights



**Qualifications**:
Must Have
- Sales experience (event sales, hospitality, corporate, luxury retail, or sponsorships)
- Confident, polished, professional communication
- Strong at relationship-building and follow-ups
- High motivation and ability to close deals
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Reliable transportation for in-person visits

Nice to Have
- Experience in event production, PR, fashion, or entertainment
- Existing network in Vancouver hospitality or business community
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or Google Sheets)
- Understanding of sponsorship structures and B2B pitching



Compensation
- Base Salary: $3,000-$4,000/month (depending on experience)
- Commission:

- 20-30% on sponsorship sales
- 5-10% on ticket sales
- Bonus: Earn additional bonuses for hitting monthly revenue goals
- Event Access: Attend all Taj Promotions events + VIP networking
- Growth Path: Senior Event Director / Sponsorship Director

This is a high-earning role for someone who performs well in sales.



Schedule
- Full-time preferred
- Hybrid: in-office, remote outreach, and in-person sales visits
- Must be available for event days (evenings/weekends as needed)
