**Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our events run smoothly and that all guests have a positive experience. As an Event Staff member, you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall success of events, including providing exceptional customer service and engaging with attendees.

**Now hiring for Casual part-time work for the summer & fall for the following positions**:
**Monitors** - Help set up, monitor and tear down equipment.

**Starts $16 per/hour**

**Face Painters & Balloon Twisters** - Training will be provided. Also required to help with set up and teardown and equipment monitoring.

**Starts $17 per/hour**

**Supervisors -**oversee and help set up and tear down of equipment & supervise staff at events while monitoring, face painting or balloon twisting.

**Starts $18 per/hour**

**Drivers** - Deliver, set up and tear down equipment. Must have a valid driver’s license, own truck or van is an asset but not necessary. Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment.

**Starts $18 per/hour**
- **Note: Most of the work is on the weekends and some weekdays.**_

**Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding guest services by greeting attendees and assisting with inquiries.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently during events.
- Support operations, including setting up equipment and ensuring cleanliness.
- Engage with guests, providing information about the event and activities available.
- Assist in managing event logistics, including setup and breakdown of equipment and materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations throughout the event.
- Moving and setting up equipment on-site.

**Qualifications**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Previous experience in cash handling is preferred for managing transactions effectively.
- Experience working with children is an asset for family-oriented events.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude towards guests and colleagues.

Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 20 per week
