about this team
Responsible for attracting great people to lululemon, the Talent Acquisition team seeks out people in the world that add to lululemon in values and culture. As a strategic partner to the business, the Talent Acquisition team finds both internal and external talent to foster to the growth of our organization. Reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition.
a day in the life
- Deliver both full cycle and sourcing recruiting processes up to mid-level roles
- Partner with Talent Acquisition team members, Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners on active requisitions
- Foster a culture of IDEA (D&I) based practices including non-traditional sourcing methods and embracing referrals
qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the work of recruitment
- Proven track record of success with a variety of recruiting methods including: direct sourcing, social recruiting and traditional methods
- Intermediate negotiation and influencing skills required
- Innovative, curious and focused on personal growth and development
- Leads through the Company’s core values of: honesty, courage, personal responsibility, connection, entrepreneurship, fun, inclusion
