The Managers of a Baton Rouge restaurant are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the establishment. It is the Managers’ responsibility to ensure that guests are served in a courteous, efficient and expedient manner, that all staff members perform their duties efficiently and that all restaurant rules and regulations are adhered to. Of utmost importance, is the incumbents’ ability to perform in any capacity within the restaurant, be it in the dining area or kitchen, in the event of an emergency or absence of staff members.

The Managers have certain responsibilities which include but are not limited to:

- Employees
- Finances
- Purchasing and Inventory Control
- Quality and Service
- Public Relations
- Equipment
- Operations

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
