We’re looking for a passionate, outgoing, and health conscious individual to join our team as a Community Marketing & Events Coordinator.

In this role, you’ll be the face of our brand at fitness events, local businesses, and other community gatherings. You’ll help us grow brand awareness through sampling, activations, and collaborations while bringing your love for health and wellness to every interaction.

This is a full-time, weekend-available role that requires creativity, strong communication skills, and a willingness to be hands-on. You’ll be a key part of our team as we prepare to open our new café location, supporting both our existing and upcoming stores. If you’re a natural networker who loves trying new things, engaging with people, and building community connections, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute community events, pop-ups, and brand activations.
- Manage product sampling opportunities in-store and at fitness studios, wellness fairs, and local businesses.
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners (cafés, gyms, wellness studios, etc.).
- Represent the brand with enthusiasm and strong product knowledge.
- Support marketing initiatives, including social media collaborations and giveaways.
- Track event performance, customer feedback, and partnership opportunities.
- Assist with other marketing projects as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for health, wellness, and nutrition (“health nut”) is a plus
- Previous experience in marketing, events, or brand ambassadorship preferred.
- Outgoing, approachable, and confident in public settings.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A car is not a required, but having access to one is an asset for transporting event materials
- Availability on weekends is required.
- Comfortable with occasional physical tasks (setting up sampling stations, moving product, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
