**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Program Advisor, Elevate Plus, the Wraparound Supports Coordinator provides one-on-one support to participants at various worksite, including personal and life challenges that impact work success. They promote the program to employers, and support both the employers and participants by being readily available at the workplace to assist with training, orientation and performance goals.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assess participants’ personal needs, including social, health, hygiene, first aid and welfare matters.
- Coordinate wraparound supports (e.g. food, transportation) for participants.
- Complete participant and administrative reporting requirements and statistics in accordance with organizational guidelines.
- Professionally communicate with the Elevate Plus team (Quite Economic Development Commission), partners, participants, and community stakeholders.
- Liaise, advocate, coordinate, mediate meetings with external resources (i.e. Schools, counselling, health supports, etc.)
- Support the recruitment of job seekers/employers for the program and determine suitability and eligibility

**Qualifications**:

- 2-year post secondary education program in social services, education, business admin or equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) years of related experience providing employment/educational support to clients such as job coaching, training, reducing barriers, providing referrals to other services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with participants, employers, and community partners.
- Experience coordinating support services such as transportation, food, or referrals to external agencies.
- Ability to work independently, manage records, and meet reporting requirements.
- Ability to communicate clearly, effectively listening to ensure understanding of clients’ needs and responding to those needs in a safe and respectful approach
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, ensuring the success of our clients
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
