**Job Summary**
Under the direction of the Executive Director he/she is responsible for providing a variety of program support duties in a fast paced environment.

The execution of the duties of the position shall involve:

- A pleasant and efficient manner when dealing with the public, staff and clients both in person and on the telephone.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organizational ability, good judgment and tact.
- Excellent computer skills.

**Duties**
- Maintains the records system for the organization including routine filing, file retention and destruction.
- Acts as administrative support for various team members and is responsible for typing such items as letters, agreements, reports, purchase orders etc.
- Sorts, dates and distributes all incoming mail, faxes and correspondence.
- Provides meeting support, coordination and set-up.
- Ensures communications flow freely with all.
- Ordering and inventory control of office and miscellaneous supplies for all sites.
- Update of maintenance records and making calls in conjunction with the Executive Director regarding the repairs of office, Assisted Living, and Supportive Housing equipment and properties.
- Liaise with Board of Directors regarding correspondence and Board meetings.
- Liaise with employees regarding correspondence, in-services, etc.
- Completion of Annual Income Review Forms requested by the County of Hastings on a yearly basis for Supportive Housing clients.
- Inventory control, ie food, supplies, equipment, medical, office.
- Developing and maintaining computerized office forms.
- Assist with the preparation of reports as necessary.
- Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate personnel.
- Respond to inquiries accordingly.

Greets the public in a friendly and professional manner
- Developing and producing newsletters.
- Letters, memos, invoices, minutes, greeting cards.
- Maintains database and extracts data as required.
- Develops computerized spreadsheets for time entry, statistical data, etc.
- Maintains and prepares reports from manual and/or electronic files, inventories, mailing list and databases.
- Updating employee absenteeism records.
- Formulating and correlating statistical data.
- Maintain and update company website
- Provide basic IT support
- Maintain and update company social media

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
