**Job Description**:
HR Administration
- Accurately process additions/terminations/employee data changes in the system and/or through the payroll adjustment procedure.
- Maintain and ensure accuracy for all physical employee files.
- Perform payroll processing as back-up to our Payroll Manager.
WFN Systems Development
**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in ADP’s Workforce Now a definite asset. At minimum you must have strong computer skills coupled with initiative to become a WFN-ADP expert.
- Post-secondary education in HR, Business, Administration, or other applicable field.
- Payroll systems experience or education
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- HR Administration experience
- Your natural behavioural disposition must include superior problem solving skills and initiative. You have an “I got this” approach to your work.
Physical environment and demands
- Office environment, mainly sedentary work (combination of sit/stand).
- Ability to manage variety of tasks with time sensitivity i.e. multi-task, deal with interruptions
- Low and infrequent stress
