about this team
The Global SEO team is responsible for maintaining, evolving, and elevating SEO practices across the organization. As a team, we support the business in delivering search-friendly initiatives for existing and prospective guests across our global markets, including NA, EMEA and APAC. The result of our work creates meaningful web experiences that drive high quality traffic to our sites, accelerating revenue growth by moving guests through the purchase funnel.
**a day in the life**: what you’ll do
The SEO Manager, NA will lead the SEO business strategy for lululemon in the region, ensuring seamless execution and prioritization of the SEO roadmap through auditing, monitoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive excellence and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Partner with the Global SEO team to continually develop and evolve our SEO strategy and create cross-market synergy
- Working with your Manager, provide input into SEO priorities that ladder up into the strategy of both our function and broader business
- Regular auditing (weekly/monthly) of web pages to ensure best practices are upheld - through crawls, Google reports, & rank tracking tools
- Own end-to-end and streamline business intake and delivery processes between the SEO, wider business, and product teams within your region for efficient collaboration
- Work with Global SEO teams to share best practices and build SEO documentation, supporting on working towards a unified global approach to optimization and operations
qualifications
- 5-7 years of SEO experience, with experience working on a B2C eCommerce brand
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred, marketing, business, or computer science focus a plus
- Proven track record of driving growth in organic traffic and rankings, with demonstrable ability to story tell impact of work
- Advanced knowledge of key Technical SEO areas, including Schema.org, HTML & JavaScript, Content Construction, and Internal Linking
- Excellent knowledge of SEO and business tools, such as: Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, JIRA, Confluence, SEMrush, Ahrefs, PiDatametrics, Botify, Screaming Frog, Adobe Analytics

Immigration support is potentially available for this role. If immigration support required: Bachelors degree in related field and several years experience in marketing/advertising/e-business required.
