Department Overview The Global Video Security & Access Control (VS&A) Marketing Team is responsible for developing and executing all strategic marketing and product marketing programs across the globe to drive product awareness, demand generation and sales enablement. The team oversees all global product marketing strategy for the fixed video and access control portfolio, develops messaging and go to market strategy for the VS&A business, creates and drives marketing programs and campaigns aimed to generate leads and build brand awareness among target audiences, including system integrators, end-users and consultants. The Global VS&A Marketing team oversees all aspects of elevating and driving growth for our video brands as a part of the broader Motorola Solutions ecosystem.
**Job Description**:
We are looking for a dynamic North America Marketing Manager with proven experience developing and implementing regional marketing programs and strategies that drive demand and brand awareness. You will own the creation of campaigns and marketing material to target key industry verticals, generating case studies and acting as the key marketing contact for sales and partners.
Reporting to our Sr. Global Regional Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the North America sales and business development organization, customers and partners to understand market and industry trends in the region and tailor marketing plans to grow business.
**What You'll Do**:
Develop integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation and lead nurturing for the North America region. This includes strategy and execution on vertical campaigns, webinars, case studies, advertising, associations, events and more.
Produce and localize region-specific marketing content, collateral and presentations.
Serve as a key strategic contact and in-field support for the North America sales team and coordinate marketing requests and sales enablement activities. Understands and communicates regional needs and differences to the global team.
Develop and maintain relationships with top customers, distributors and channel partners to help drive marketing initiatives.
Work collaboratively across teams including product marketing, content and brand, events, performance marketing and more.
Maintains North America marketing calendar.
Own reporting on individual marketing activities by tracking key metrics.
**Who You Are**:
3+ years experience creating, implementing and executing marketing strategies
Bachelors of Business Administration or related degree
Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
A self-motivated, critical thinker with strong business acumen who can define, drive and deliver on objectives and is motivated to succeed
Effective problem-solver who is able to drive multiple projects at once
Strong attention to detail and project management skills
Experience in B2B is a plus
Knowledge and experience marketing security solutions or other enterprise technology is a plus
Valid Passport, occasional travel is required (about 10-20%)
Basic Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelors Degree and 2+ years of experience
Travel Requirements 10-25%
