Now, we are looking for a new General Manager for North America to join our team. The General Manager, North America, will play a pivotal role in establishing Peak Performance as a leading premium outdoor Brand focused on Ski & Hike in North America. Drive sustainable commercial growth, building brand heat, and ensuring operational excellence. This role will lead the regional team and strategy across wholesale, DTC, and e-commerce channels building strong strategic partnerships while delivering a distinctive, premium brand experience. Key Responsibilities: Define and Execute Regional Strategy Develop and implement a comprehensive North America growth strategy aligned with global brand objectives. Ensure premium positioning across all channels while driving sustainable revenue and profitability. Drive Market Expansion and Channel Excellence Own the end-to-end wholesale, DTC, and e-commerce strategy, strengthening brand presence and elevating the consumer experience across all channels. Identify and prioritize high-impact market opportunities, including selective retail expansion and scalable digital growth initiatives. Build Brand Equity and Consumer Engagement In partnership with the global team, lead strategic investments in priority markets to strengthen brand awareness and desirability. Oversee integrated marketing and GTM plans that balance global consistency with local relevance. Organizational Leadership and Governance Establish a high-performing regional organization with clear roles, accountability, and ways of working. Ensure regional operational excellence aligned with HQ teams and standards. Leadership and Global Collaboration Inspire and lead the North America team to deliver peak performance and foster a culture of excellence. Build strong partnerships with global teams to ensure strategic alignment and leverage shared capabilities. Key Competencies: Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen. Collaborative leadership style with ability to influence across functions. Entrepreneurial and hands‑on mindset with a focus on premium positioning, brand integrity, and executional excellence. Strong analytical, with the ability to make clear, timely decisions in complex environments. Qualifications & Experience: Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and leading premium brands in the North American market. Strong leadership experience in multi‑channel retail (wholesale, DTC, e-commerce). Expertise in strategic planning, P&L management, and operational execution. Ability to build and lead high‑performing teams in a matrix environment. Excellent relationship‑building skills with key accounts and strategic partners. A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $165,000 to $200,000 per annum at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job‑related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training.
