**Job Summary**:
The Estimator plays a critical role in our operations, being the bridge between our customers and the technical team. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, creating accurate repair estimates, and communicating with customers and insurance companies. Your expertise ensures that all parties are informed and satisfied with the repair process.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess repair needs
- Calculate the cost of materials and labor required for repairs
- Prepare detailed, accurate repair estimates in accordance with industry standards
- Communicate with customers, explaining the repair process, and answering any questions
- Negotiate repair costs with insurance companies
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure repair plans are feasible and efficient
- Follow up with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and estimation software
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the collision repair industry
- Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and terminology
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in estimation software and tools
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid driver’s license
- A commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Proficient in English
